RareWeb checks that the product is live, functional, safe to visit, accurately described, and relevant to people discovering independent software. Most submissions receive a review decision within two business days, although timing can vary. Approval is not guaranteed; approved founders receive a private payment link, and publication waits for confirmed payment.

RareWeb sends the review decision to the email address provided with the submission. Approved founders receive a private payment link by email, rejected founders receive the decision and any editorial note, and a final email confirms publication after payment.

Enter your website URL, founder name, email, and category. RareWeb imports the public name, description, and logo from your website when available, and you can review or replace the logo before submitting.

A paid listing has no recurring fee or scheduled expiration. RareWeb may still suspend or remove a listing if the product becomes unavailable, violates the Terms, misrepresents its claims, or creates a risk for readers.
